Key Responsibilities

| Coordinating with country quality teams, manufacturing units, service teams and stakeholders |
| Logging and processing complaints in TrackWise Complaint Management System (CMS) |
| Reviewing complaint files for adherence to internal SOPs and procedural compliance |
| Supporting regulatory reporting applicability assessments |
Required Qualifications
| योग्यता |
| Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field |
| Experience in Medical Device Complaint Handling, Quality Systems (QMS), TrackWise CMS, CAPA, or vigilance reporting |
| Regulatory understanding of MDR, ISO 13485, EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR 820 (advantage) |
| Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills |
